Vintage latter 20th Century Solitaire Ring in 18ct Gold, a timeless piece of jewellery and when done right becomes all about the stone setting, in this case a beautiful quarter carat diamond in a Brilliant Cut mounted within a four pole clasp setting on a raised dais to pinched shoulders tapering to a straight shank with a width at the apex of 2.5 mm, the ring sizes to a U.K 'L' and is impressed to the inner shank with markings indicating London assay office 18ct gold (750) circa 1985 with the makers mark 'B.B' also present is the 'DIA' mark indicating genuine Diamond.
